Hello fanoftech

What kind of support are you looking for

1) If you are looking for installation & maintainance ,watch for operational / service manual , look for dealer in your region , CO2 laser systems usually have synerid , coherent or others make laser tube having approx 20,000 hrs working life they can be replaced or refilled for reuse , when you use for itching & engraving you usually require 40-70% of power with 90-100% speed & for through cutting (1 inch) 100% power with 45% speed if these recomended values are affected (decrease in performance) its probably tube is to be refilled or replaced , besides lens mirrors are consumables so they require replacement , beams focus alignment are necesity periodically , still these needs professional service support

2) If you tend to look for applications than little experience will guide you to use your machine optimisely , use of ABS/PVC plastics are prohibited due to toxic gases generated during burning process ,they are harmless to user as well as the machine ,no metals can be itched either use anodised alluminium / brass , clean working environment is necessary use full exhaust , air conditioning must , use grid for deep cuts , place the material to be processed away from center but not exactly (0,0) or edge to edge for proper ventillation , z-axis should be adjusted depending on the material to be processed , it will surely give results

3) wood , veneer, leather ,MDF, textile fabrics , acryllic plastics ,anodized metals are usually the materials used to process

LMI laser was bought out or evolved into Preco Laser located in Somerset, WI.

I had temped at Preco and ran a LMI laser at another company or would never had been able to make the connection.
