Standards for Rubber Mats In Front Of Electrical Switchgear Panels

Dear sirs,

I would like know what standards are in place for rubber mats in front of 415v/6.6kv/33kv switchgear panels and where could I find these standards?

McMaster-Carr sells "Switchboard Matting" di-electric tested to 30,000 volts. Test is stated to be in conformance to ASTM D178 and MIL-DTL-15562G.

I have run across a spec for 600VDC switchboards.
