It is a pair of feet holding a small piece of metal to the blade of a table saw. That's some great dexterity for feet but why would anyone want to work this way?

Because they already cut off all their fingers!

It's not a piece of metal.. or toes, but now that you mention it. It would make a good toenail file.

It's the very last piece of tile for your bathroom that you have been renovating for the last 2 years...unfortunately the winter caught you by surprise and froze the water in the tile saw and you have dulled the expensive diamond blade and can't quite get the very last piece of tile cut properly so you must wear it down with this dull blade which is taking forever....like this answer...

Is this a piece of ceramic used to clean and redress a diamond blade. I used to use a piece to dress the diamond blade on my rock saw.

Nope.

Hint.

Why is the portion touching the blade white?

nothing exotic.

I was just cutting some quartz and unlike other marbles and stones it gives off a pleasant sparking glow while cutting.

It's hard to get a picture that shows how neat this looks.
