SSA 2050

Looking forward to SS in the year 2050"

The minimum retirement age for Social Security was raised to 310 years due to increased life span.

SSA says they are still in danger of going broke even after employers and employees have been contributing for over 300 years.

The main reason for the deficit is they keep borrowing money from the funds and replacing them with IOU's which are worthless,because the taxpayers will still have to pay them.

At 64 I’m bad tempered and cranky, at 400 I wouldn’t want to be on the same planet as myself!

Everyone of a certain age,after suffering the slings and arrows,hard knocks,things done,things left undone,things we should have done,and not done and coping with the not-so-minor daily pains becomes bad tempered at times.

I am sometimes so ill I will fart and kick at it,and am better off left alone during these times, but I get over it. It is very hard to be nice when your are in pain.

I hope that with the advances in life span there are similar advances in quality of life;if not,why bother?
