Puff Daddy?

That's great, although I thing the spray nozzle needs to be a few inches deeper in the head so it doesn't look so.. sprayed out of a nozzle.

Is there any research to indicate that this virus feeds on oxygen from the atmosphere enabling it to stay active so long on surfaces ?

It appears to concentrate its influence in human lungs ...

Viruses have no respiration at all that I know of....The only thing I've heard is that the virus doesn't last long in the sun, it doesn't last long above 86°F and moisture effects the surface of the virus....So a hot humid sunny climate slows the transmission rate somewhat, of course that just applies to surface contamination....Human or aerosol contact is much faster and is exposed to the surrounding environment a very short time, and most people in hot humid climates are indoors in the air conditioning, so no help there....I guess that's why winter is flu season....

I remember seeing these types of tests many, many years ago in health class. When you hold your hand over your mouth, it saps each one on the side of you. I think the best way is to cough or sneeze toward the ground. Of course, people will get it on their shoes. If possible, sneeze or cough on areas where people aren't apt to walk, like shrubbery or lawns. I wonder if there is a sneeze or cough containment gadget that actually does the job?

You could sneeze into a plastic bag....

I guess you could get to your face as fast as a handkerchief. I might try it. The way plastic sticks together, I don't know. I'm on two weeks county home stay in or what ever they call it. Getting the bag deployed may be a challenge. I'll give it a try. I've got to try it. I hope others try it, too. I don't think trying it will beat listening to Buck Owens. But non dedicated time should be used usefully.

I might go with a 15 gal plastic garbage bag, to minimize blowback...and several paper towels for absorption...

I'll call it "The Sneeze Bag" ....

rev:001

Change to 8 gal plastic bag and adding 3 ea 1 inch holes in the bottom under the paper towels to allow excess air to escape, minimizing blowback...lining bottom of bag with fine copper mesh and covered with crumpled paper towels...

Damn, you're doing something like that old saying about the watch that I don't remember. Just cough, sneeze and then throw it away. I think I'll go get some ice cream at Dairy Cream. It goes good with R&R.

Don't forget your "Sneeze Bag ©"....

..."There are people who make things happen, there are people who watch things happen, and there are people who wonder what happened. To be successful, you need to be a person who makes things happen. "...

You are right about that. However, nearly every philosophical statement has if's, and's and but's about it. There are very few that are completely on their own.
