DTC codes (Diagnostic Trouble Codes), have SOME common codes. These are usually related to problems that have to do with emissions, or things that are common to all engines/cars. The codes that you mentioned, are specific to YOUR make and model of vehicle (not all vehicles have wheel speed sensors - probably for the anti-lock braking system), and therefore the manufacturer's website would be the best place to search.

If it's just the sensors, they aren't that big a deal - and they take all of 45 seconds to replace. If its something in the ABS pump/computer/hydraulic systems, yeah, that could lead to big bucks...

Yes - those two codes relate to the wheel speed sensors that are part of the ABS and/or traction control system if present on your car - two electronic sensors that measure wheel speed and tell the ABS system when/how much to apply the brakes.
Frequently, they get wet or work loose and send a false positive - sometimes just wiggling them into position works. Not a biggie, but if the codes persist you'd probably want to have someone qualified to look at them and replace if necessary.
And a factory manual for your car will explain ALL the DTCs...my Eldorado has about 400 of them. :)

I don't suppose it applies but I disposed of car I was very fond of because of persistent ABS malfunction that would prevent the thing stopping! So much for safety! Disabling the ABS was fine....up untill the annual inspection. I put it down to the fact that the toothed or serrated section of the hubs/driveshafts had become so corroded that the ECU could't determine the signal form the pick-ups. Uneconomic to replace 'em all. Now I grease those bits.
