In Power Requirements

MH AL-AMRI writes:
1- What diversity factor should be applied to the estimated demand load to obtain the connected load for the :
a- Residential Load,
b- Commercial Load,
c- Industrial Load,
d- Agricultural Load

2- The demand load for a Residential Building (Each Apartement has a Single Phase connection), the Total demand load is 800 MW. What diversity factor should be applied to this load? and what capacity of Distribution Transformer to be proposed to meet this load?

Network voltage is MEDIUM 11 KV & LOW is 415 Volts.

Please provide examples with your answer, if you are aware of any.
