Determination Of Oxalic Acid In Products

Hi my name is Stefan Jovanovski I'm from Kumanovo(Macedonia) a small sity in South of Europe, I have one problem, I have one reserch about the oxalic acid in the vegetables, but I dont have some specific way to brach the oxalic acid from the vegetables and to move the other component from the solution...

Hi Stefan, use "oxalic acid recovery" or " oxalic acid extraction" as possible search terms. For details of a suitable experimental extraction method you will likely have to search your academic library journals for appropriate papers and/or purchase papers online.
