how can we chose the right prime mover for 100 ton low bed?

how far do you need to move your load? You need to look for companies that have done similar projects. There was a company that moved a HUGE autoclave from California to Wichita, KS in about 2003/2004. It was the largest over land move that I know of.

It sounds like you need to find a rigger/mover that has a lot of experience and can prove it.
