Silos for Coal Storage

Hi guys....

I am working on Some Project to build Power Plant....

I want to know how to design Silos...can anyone help me or tell me where i can found such information...

The silo Volume is around 3000 Liter and the Finish Good is quite corrosive...

before Entering Silo ...the Product should be Mix with Water then Blended with Chemical..

While your busy with the silo, why not give me a contact # and name and I will change their ignition system to Plasma, eliviate their current ignition system and their exhaust system to plasma as well and reduce the NOX and SO2 and we have other avenues for CO2 as well.

I can probably help, but I need more information:

Where do you want to build your silo? Country, state or province and city nearby.

I presume it will be concrete construction with conveyors for in and out material... do you have special requirement such as mixer, baffles etc...

You will need to protect the interior by etheir a lining or a membrane: it's a new construction so what's your expectation regarding lifespan of your silo and coating? How many maintenance schedule (shut down) are you planning to clean per year? design will be affected by these factors... but there many other to consider... before starting dwg.

3000 liter is not a big silo for a power plan. but you will still require to respect construction code of your area....
