Crompton's AC and DC Potentiometers

Are Crompton's DC and AC Potentiometers still used today for measurement of Unknown votages?

Do these measure effectively High Voltages

Are there any Digital Potentiometers?

Don't know for sure, but suspect you'll only find them in educational establishments these days.

They can be used up to whatever voltage they're rated for.

If you count a decade box with thumbwheel switches for resistance selection as a digital pot, then they certainly exist.

You're more likely to find multimeters being used for voltage measurement in industry these days.

Check out RS Components or Farnell for a range of test gear (including some pretty classy resistance decade boxes).
