Whats the best ANSYS element to perform nonlinear analysis, to do Tensile test simulation, for steel

If you have access to AutoDesk Inventor 10 PRO or later Inventor PRO versions,
try the ANSYS Stress Analyses module.
This is a comprerhansive tools which is easy to use and give you the information you want about equivelent, maximimun and minimum stress, deformation and safety factors.

Can't remember the tech term, but I believe non-uniform triangles is the best route
