Whether static wheel load includes the effect of wind (in srevice) in the calulation?
Maximum wheel load means the self weight,hoisting load,inertia effect alone will consider or wind in service condition also included?
I have seen many examples of crane collapse both loaded and unloaded that were caused by ignoring wind loads. Do so at your peril !!!!
