Please , can anyone tell me if its possible to unlock an EASY control relay 412-AC-RC with unknown password ?

Contact the manufacturer, Moeller Electric, or one of their representatives. This one specializes in Moeller's equipment, and offers telephone, email and live chat support on their website.

No, you can't unlock the EASY unless you have the correct password. If you enter the wrong code 3 times in a row, the EASY will erase the existing program. I tried to get around the code, but couldn't. Had to write a new program.
