Pls note that Banana Roller installation configuration is very important.Length of substrate before the Banana roller and after the Banana roller is very important.Pls follow the catalogue instructions for installation of Banana Roller.

For each type of substrate Banana roll bow angle is different.Thinner webs need very critical adjustments.Once adjusted properly it does not need frequent adjustment.Thinner webs select larger diameter of Banana Roll.No body can help if substrate has too many gage bands.

Do not install Banana Rolls just before the Rewinder or very near to the coating head/metallising chilled roller

Perform regular maintenance of all the bearings of Banana roll.Surface of Banana roll should not have damages or dents,tapes etc.
