Internet Connectivity Problem

i work as technical support for an ISP.

there is one issue that i came across with :

situation: all the lights are on the router

powercycled the router and computer

chkd for forced ip

chkd by pinging gui of the router success

pinging websites no success

opened te gui success

chkd for the user name success

chkd for services dns, dhcp

connected using the ethernet cable

from my side the result is showing that the router is connected to the server

is there anything else i could do in that

if anybody can help me with that??? please

first of all, you should check your set up at first.

to see if your config is right, for example, your dns, mask id code etc.

all light is lighting means no problem for your equipment either input or output. and work well.

try to read carefully instruction of your router.

in fact, all of theese setting is foolish type. and can be completed all by itself.

use some commands for it check

thanks man for this suggestion would that be ok if i check with a command to flush the ip stack and repair it if you can tell about that command that would be great
