Portable Valve Actuator

Does somebody knows on a good supplier for Portable Valve Operating Machine to open Butterfly and Gate valves with torque ranges 100-1000 Nm

Power supply available : Car Battery 12 or 24 Vdc

Try starting with this list and adjust the specs on the left if necessary.

Try Hytork or Enerpac Torque wrenches which use a hydraulic pump unit with an engine as prime mover.
