Multipole / Simultanous Charge And Discharge Battery

I need advice please on the testing criteria we would need to verify the application framework of the multipole / simultanous charge and discharge battery. I am not an engineer nor a scientist, but am responsible for formulating a technical review and I would appreciate any feedback / guidance on the tests we need to conculde prior to going to market. My target audience is home-owners and in particular the in-line placement of the technology in hot water systems in order to reduce the power needs of the geyser, while still ensuring the same power ration. Standard test to prove simultanous charge and discharge have been concluded as well as power ratios.
