Chlorine 1 ton cylinder

03/08/2006 11:45 AM

Does anyone out there have experience with process design of chlorination processes? I am looking for documentation on chlorine cylinder installation requirements, ie. distance from roads, people, buildings..., containment size, and so forth.

Chlorine Regulations

I regularly specify chlorine injection systems for water treatment plants. The best resource is the State Water regulations. I don't know what state the system will be installed, so can't point you directly, but your best bet is to find the Department of Environmental Quality (or equal) for the State you plan to install the system.
