Conveyor Chains for Coal Mines

hi,

can anyone please help me with any of the following questions?

- what are the most common type of conveyor chains used in collieries?

- what are the approximate life spans of these?

- how are they maintained?

- what are the average parameters/length of conveyor chains used in coal mines?

any help would be greatly appreciated

all the mines around here use conveyor belts. they last for years .
