Knot Theory Conjecture Proven Wrong!

Very interesting. I never thought to classify the knots when untangling my wife's necklaces!

… or the kids’ fishing reels!

Some people have strange hobbies ! Don't think his idea of cutting the line and using tape to hold it together would help me when my fishing line gets tangled !!

There is an old english saying that says " get knotted" which is a rude way of saying "Go away, you are bothering me " !

...Or my daughters. Most of them are the "threw it in the drawer with the rest of them" knots. Then there is the "not this one but that one" knot, a tricky un-knotting of one from one that isn't knotted. Then there is the "charming but dangerous" knot, where there are numerous "charms" blocking obvious un-knotting solutions.

The biggest problem, I think, is the tiny chains that tangle, even if not knotted, and big, clumsy fingers.
