TR India’s South India Distribution Centre is opening on 21 October 2026. While looking at manufacturing supply chains, I’ve been thinking about how much complexity can come from managing relatively small C-parts.
These components are often used in large quantities and across different production stages. When sourcing, inventory tracking and replenishment are handled separately, it can become difficult to maintain a clear view of what is actually required.
Better inventory visibility and a more consistent sourcing process could make everyday C-parts management easier. It can also help reduce situations where a shortage is discovered only when production needs the component.
I think this is an area where relatively simple improvements can make manufacturing operations more predictable.
Simplifying C-Parts Supply in Manufacturing
