Choose the atmospheric fluidised bed coal boiler for plant

I am preparing the ITB for project, install the atmospheric fluidised bed coal boiler for my plant ( PVC powder plant) at Vietnam, boiler capacity is 30 Ton/hours. In my country this type of boiler is very new please help me to do it. Thanks
