Can we seprate O2 ( Oxygen ) from CO2 ( Carbon Dia Oxide ) by any

chemical reaction / methode ? other than photosynthesis.

All it takes is energy. You MUST understand that the carbon-oxygen bond is very strong. In fact,it gives up a tremendous amount of heat when it forms (that is why heat is given off when carbon burns!).

There is not , to my knowledge, any economically viable method of 'un-burning' carbon-dioxide. Photo-synthesis is possible ONLY with the enzymatic/catalytic power of the chlorophyll molecule and the complex chemistry involved.
