What are you asking? There are over 100 meanings for 'ICP.'

Yep, to me it means Inductively Coupled Plasma, I dont think that is what he means.

What is your question exactly, what do you mean Stan? What do you mean "improve tin?" I'm a material scientist I could do it as part of an R&D contract.
