I'd just tie a Hoover to your tail ! Wear Marigolds for washing-up to save your paws, and just roll around on the floor. If you have lino type stuff it should buff up nice.
'cleaning', 'kitchen' ? In what what are these words related ? Mrs Squirrel knows that I'm a lost cause for such things. Whenever she sends me off to do a job I end up doing something completely different. All those half finnished DIY jobs. And yes, it does get a bit like Python. I'm just so easily distra..............I get sent to do the odd bit of shopping but invariably return with stuff that was not on the list. Even simple tasks such as getting me to deliver local X-mas cards will end with me phoning home to say "I just popped into London etc etc")
Where are the thumbs !

It depends on the curvature of the vanes, and the direction the blower is designed to run. There are three basic arrangements: forward curved blades, backward curved blades, and straight blades. There are minor variations in all these, but those are the three basic ones.
You'll find a pretty good explanation here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centrifugal_fan
The short answer is yes, blower rotation must be in the correct direction, even for a straight-bladed fan.
