Can any body inform about availability of Analysis Software for possible EMI EMC problems and design tool software to correct for problems?

IMO It isn't software you need it is test equipment, experience and a lot of patience, or a local test house with expertise.

That already I am doing. But it needs making the equipment first (including PCBs), then testing and then correcting.

What I wish is paper (software) analysis and coming to 90% correct design and then test in laboratory.

Hello, please visit our site www.metlabs.com and contact the EMI/EMC department for assistance. We can help you make the proper selections and also offer our test lab services for independant (third-party) evaluation/certification. Thank you for this opportunity.

I believe Mentor, Cadence, & Altium all have simulator packages that you can buy as part of their PCB suites, but you'll have to do your own research from here.
