Piping design

Please let me know how the piping system (vaccume system)design is done what are the factors for the perticular vaccum requirement in perticular time, for ex 0.5 milibar vaccum in 3min we have to achieve and the volume of the product vacummised is 0.16meter cube.

so?

you have a closed system = 0.16m3 that you wish to acheive an environment of 0.5mbar in 3 minutes?
