I HAVE A 130 CC 2 STROKE ENGINE.

IT HAS DEVELOPED BLOW BY PROBLEMS AT BREAKIN

THIS IS CAUSING RING STICKING AND EVENTUAL FAILURE

HAVE TRIED ALL KINDS OF BREAKIN TESTING, ( 24 : 1 OIL ) NO AVAIL.

HIGH AND REG OCTANE FUEL SAME PROBLEM

RUNNING AT 4200 PART THROTTLE IS GOOD, GOING TO 5600 AT PART THROTTLE STARTS THE BLOW BY.

ARE THERE PISTON RINGS OUT THERE THAT MAKE BREAKIN EASIER? THIS IS AN AIR COOLED CHROME BORE ENGINE

COULD A HARDER PISTON ALLOY ( 390 ALUMINUM) HELP?

ANY HELP OUT THERE?

I don't reckognise 'BREAKIN' what do you mean..?

If you have blow by then I'd suggest fitting new piston and rings.
