Tight or poorly lubricated bearings?

Loose wires/wiring?

Grounded motor?

Insulation inside the drive?

Motor has been replaced and the motor inductance is too low for the circuit to handle?

I had this problem on a NC from Russia, extreamly low inductance motors and they kept blowing the drive circuit
