How is lab and shared support net square footage determined per occupants in a new construction?

How is circulation space calculated?

What is the best practice in standard laboratory bench size?

It is computed very carefully by adding up the total people and dividing by the number of square footage of carbon absorption credits times the Kva of the required voltage.

To get circluation space use the square root of the cunsumption factor.

Best practive is standard laboratory bech size is to buy less than what you need so then you will always fit into the space you need by throwing away the items that you really don't need but keep anyway.

Any questions?
