Milling Bentonite and Barite

I am looking for mill which is going to be used for bentonite & barite.

OK, how about you provide a little more information so that we can help you solve your dilemma.

  1. Where are you located?
  2. How far are you willing to send your products to get them processed?
  3. What quantities of product are you looking to have processed?
  4. Do you have any previous experience in milling, especially in relation to the two products you mentioned?
  5. Into what form are you looking to have the bentonite & barite processed and what do you plan to do with the processed materials?
  6. or Are you looking to buy the mill?

Please answer as many of the above as you can, because without some of that information it will be very difficult to provide you with useful information.

Dear sir
pls note that our company is looking for a full set of ( 5 R Pulverizer Mill with bag filter (one complete set ))it must contain the following :
1- jaw crusher
2- bucket Eleva
3- electro magnetic vibrating feeder
4- mill
5- transmission device with 75 kw electric motor for mill
6- separator
7- duct system
8- blower
9- electric consol cabinet
10- filter bag which equipped to 5 R for collecting dust and purifing the air released and enable to meet the government request for environment protection electric consol cabinet
pls send to me all the details including prices CIF Alexandria Egypt also T/T pls note that we need this machine as soon as possible

Try a company called Alstom Power, Inc. They sell Raymond mills of all kinds. We currently have three mills grinding barite and bentonite.

Are you looking for a mill to install at your facility or someone to mill the products for you. We currently mill both bentonite & barite.

Testing procedures

Does anyone know the difference between particle size test (using a shaker) and wet screen analysis? If they are the same why would you prefer one over the other? My testing shows that the results are different between the two types of tests.
