Conducting Paper

Can i know what is the main role of conducting paper used in slots of 11KV motor,and from where i can get it.I am from Allahabad ,UP. India.

Do you, by chance, mean NON-CONDUCTING paper? If so, Google "fish paper". Excuse my caps; my italics isn't working.
