Is there any kind of technical specification for the use of bottom ash resulting from the burning of pulverised coal in power plants in the construction of roads in tropical and sub tropical countries?

What kind of roads? PCA or AC? There are many specifications for using ash in PCA applications, also for soil treatments in aggregate base/subbase and subgrade materials. The chemical composition of the ash determines the applicability in mixture with cement.
