AGI-32 is a top of the line program for the calculation of lighting requirements for indoor and outdoor use. Hope this is what you are asking about.

Excellent software (and also genuinely free) and which I use daily is Dialux. http://www.dialux.com/e/index4.html

An equal competitor is Relux http://www.relux.biz/

Having used both I find Relux easier to learn, but I prefer Dialux. You'll need a broadband connection to install this software, and the associated "plug-ins" from manufacturers. Here's a recent photo-real simulation of mine:

If you go to the Zumtobel website http://www.zumtobel.com/com/en/calculation_programs_f.htm

You can carry out a Quickcalc based on one of their products, which can be handier than downloading squigabytes of software. Some other manufacturer's offer similar facilties, but this is the best.

AGI32 is, as previously said, the dog's reproductive bits, but is very expensive and very difficult to get proficient in. And it will produce a similar result to the photo above, which was produced for zero software cost.

Hope this helps. Best of luck.
