I have removed the software from my system so, from memory, its a standard block diagram programming language (no need to know mnemonics or ladder logic, hooray). There are examples on the Schneider website and the web as well as the manuals on how to write programs (there should be enough on the installation CD itself). It really is quite simple now days, but you still have to understand how you want the system to work. On the plus side, it has built-in simulation software to simulate your final built system so you don't even need the PLC to test the code to see if your program works or not. As for editing existing programs you don't have stored on the computer, just plug in the PLC and the data cable linking it to your computer and use the Zelio Soft 2 software to copy the code in the PLC to the computer for editing (I think you lose some of the information thou, such as text comments, but nothing too important).

Things get a bit trickier if you don't know what you are doing and have never used a PLC before, but it is possible if you only want to make small changes. There should be step-by-step examples of writing basic programs available.
