Spanish moss killer

I want to kill Spanish moss in my oak trees using copper sulfate and lime,what ratio of copper sulfate to lime and water do I use?

Unless you have a ton of trees just pull it down it grows slow. you will do more damadge to the tree and surrounding plants trying to kill it.

Jeez what a great answer. What if the tree is 50 feet high, as most trees with an excess of Spanish moss are. Have you ever tried to pull it down even from a low area? Almost impossible.
