AMF Panel Circuit Question

1010KVA doe not require anything extra.Basically same parameters from engine side safeties like low lube oil pressure, high water temp etc remain the same.you can use the same circuit

The standard Automatic Mains Failure panel is a sensing & monitoring unit so they cover a range of power requirements. The control signal goes to the change-over contactors that are sized for the power requirement.

For example a AMF panel could be used to operate 30A contactors or 300A contactors. Some panels have extra functions to measure current but the basic units just monitor the Volts & Frequency. To match engine characteristics exactly a more complex model would be needed, modern units have program adjustable parameters.

If you use the same AMF panel for 30kVA and 1010kVA DG, basically, the control circuit is the same. If you can tell me what AMF you are using, I may help you to find the control circuit.

The AMF panel uses a AMF controller which monitors the Incoming EB supply and starts the DG when there is a power failure or when Incoming supply voltage drops below 80%Rated voltage.There are a no of AMF relays available.Do u intend to transfer data to a central system.In that case u need a controller with RS232/RS485 port and a communication modem.The controls remain the same except that on power side the contactor and other components ratings will change.If I can get hold of one I will send u.Are u in Panel business? other wise any panel builder will supply the same its quite simple.

logic remains same . but circuit would be different depends on u r incomer components.

and what r the protection u need. And what r the interlocks required.with out this details circuits can not be designed.

amf is automatic mains failure panel which is used to start the DG automatically when EB failure occurs. syn panel is used for parallel operation of alternators.
