how can design earthing system in aircraft or ships???

You should look into FAA and RTCA regulations and "MOPS".

All of that will be spelled out in very painful detail.

In aircraft you recruit gremlins to hold the wire against the frame in various places...sometimes they can forget which wire it was supposed to be...and let a little itty bit of smoke free. Then you chase down and kill the gremlin.

In ships its like off-shore platform earthing. In aircraft earthing system is not required. its all floating neutral.

Depends on what kind of platform you have. If it's on stilts you have a fixed point. If you have one with pontoons, its floating. The aircraft one is definitely an isolated from ground system.
