	what type of earthing is better to go for a new project (industry - with 3MVA 11kv/433v) whether TNS or TNC type. pl explain clearly what is the difference and the advantage / disadvantage for the same. whether this type is approved by the indian electricity authority.

TNC system is generally not good as it lacks EMC
