Mechanical Engg Forum will be too happy to address your problem, and just a suggestion, do not post your email address and company details on public forums.

It will attract spam.

Good luck

Dear friend,

Normally in the case transformer the Break down Voltage of the Transformer oil needs to be checked. The Main Tank Oil gets contaminated less frequently whears the OLTC oil loses its insulation properties very frequently. In practical application the OLTC Tap will be frequently changed, which including or removing additional resistance. his cause sparking during cahng over of the tap. This is reason for loss of Oil insualtion property in transformer.
