JCB Control Valve

I own a JCB 3C II. I had all the cylinder ram and other hydraulic operating with no pressure on the machine. I know the problem is coming from the control valve but I have no idea how to set the valves. I changed the control valve with a good one, and the machine works perfectly now. I still have the question of how I can set the control valve. Any one out there have a and good knowledge?

JCB 3 2

The problem with the hydraulics could be the pressure control valve or the pressure relieving valve. The pressure control valve if working will ensure the pressure is on the control circuit. The pressure relief valve will ensure the pressure keeps within the safe zone laid down by JCB. I would take out the pressure control and relief valve and get it checked.
