	Per unit or MVA method. I suggest you to use software like Easy Power, ETAP to do the fault current calculation. It is very easy to use.

	How to calculate fault current MVA method by hand. http://ecmweb.com/mag/electric_shortcircuit_calculation_methods/?smte=wr After you learn how to do it way, then write a program to do it for you.
