Use a standard fryer with a small propeler set down in the oil. If needed you can add a small chain drive to keep the motor out of the way. As far as blowing the parts to next station depends on size and weight of them. A pipe with a series of holes drilled in them (typical air knife) should be able to do it. Be careful that it is fixed in a way that it can't be bumped and moved. You don't want it blowing and splattering hot oil around.

I was checking them out just yesterday thinking about working there but I don't want that kind of commute every day.

I once worked for a company that made specialty cooking apparatus. although it was many years ago I believe they are still in business. the company is located in South Holland, IL. Don't know their address or phone number but the company is known as ROTTA SKIPPER. You might want to goggle them.

You could try Pitco Friallator www.pitco.com. They're pretty much an industry standard for many restaurants.
