1- as many times was written capitals are as shouting in such messages and it costs nothing to put a bit of politeness in your text using a "please" for instance.

2- do you mean active torques or resistant torques?

3- any way your question requires a look into the basics of dynamics and this can be found in any book or using other sources as recommended by guest. In those equations you will find a connection between torque, inertia and resistances in the system you want to analyse or design.

You can't calculate torque from just angular acceleration and angular velocity. Tell us what you want to do and maybe somebody can help. But please turn off the CAPS button.
