what is configuration blocks in autocad electrical software and

what r WD_M & WD_PNLM blocks as well

I'm not familiar with the dedicated electrical product from AutoCAD

I don't know how are you familiar with autoCAD, but first you have to know also that blocks can configure as well: you can change scale, do it modifications etc.. and this is the same in all autodesk products. WD_M & WD_PNLM blocks (if you have not done by your self) are blocks (symbols) made default by autodesk which represent selected symbol in electrical design. I have not installed autocad electrical, but I have autoCAD 2007 there you can find path: C:\Program Files\AutoCAD 2007\Sample\DesignCenter where are some main default symbols.
