coolant filtration

need ideas or product suggestion

, we are maching ductile iron castings on an a-81 makino , horz machine center.

machine filtration can not keep up , coolant screens are clogging, does someone manufacture a paper payoff system , where media is able to change as needed

Please go for the secondry filtration system (Make : Sovereigntechindia) along with effective chip conveyor.

Place separator in the sump to force a flow up and over it before it gets to the pump's intake filter screens. Will help let the suspended solids settle out instead of being sucked thru the screen. Increasing the size of the sump will reduce turbulence which is aiding the particle to stay suspended.

Or you may want to look at cooling with air. Look at vortex tubes.
