03/10/2008 7:10 AM

Hello. Can anyone help. Is there a simple mathematical equation which can be used, to calculate an Oil Terminal to Tanker Volume loading discrepancy, when one occurs.

Here's a similar question out on the net: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080309150715AAS9Jjr. I know, that's you!

This refers to truck, but may be of some use: http://www.ercb.ca/portal/server.pt/gateway/PTARGS_0_0_302_246_0_43/http%3B/ercbContent/publishedcontent/publish/ercb_home/industry_zone/rules__regulations__requirements/information_letters__interim_directives/informational_letters/il92_08.aspx

Sorry about the size of that link! hope it helps some. Have you checked with API, American petroleum Institute?
