Design of Orientation Mechanism

We want design an orientation mechanism for pitching and yawing the probe. The size of test section is 2feet x 2feet. Kindly suggest.

Easiest way is probably to buy a commercial camera remote pan-and-tilt unit.

You'll have to give more details. Is this in a special environment? What is the weight of the test section? What are the maximum travels? What is the moment of inertia?
