Determine from catalogue - what is the rating - CFM and PSI or CUMPH and Kg/sq.cm.
Install receiver of known volume at the outlet.
Place a fully closing globe/ gate valve at the outlet of receiver.
Place pressure gauge on receiver. Keep compressor closed and set zero on pressure gauge. Close outlet valve of receiver. Start compressor. start clock. Measure the time within which the receiver pressure gauge shows rated pressure. i.e. gets full. Compressor capacity is the receiver volume divided by time in CFM or cumph
